Reba Stoller

Mrs. Stoller has been a Dayton resident since 2002 and is currently serving the Dayton School Board as Board Chair.  Mrs. Stoller has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Training from Linfield College and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Boise State University.  She was an athletic trainer and taught high school science for 7 years in Idaho and 4 years in Oregon.  She and her husband Tyler, a Dayton graduate, opened Sawtooth Caulking in 2000.  Mrs. Stoller and her husband have two children, a Freshman in College (recent Dayton graduate), and a Freshman in high school at Dayton High School.  She has been very involved in the Dayton Schools and most recently restarted the Dayton High School Booster Club.  Mrs. Stoller enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Teresa Shelburne

Mrs. Shelburne has lived in Dayton for the past 15 years and grew up in Newberg.  She is in the middle of her second term on the Dayton School Board, and has also served on the ABC Dayton Education Foundation Board for the past 12 years.  Mrs. Shelburne graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in Business and Textile Design.  She worked in the wine industry in Arizona and Oregon and after moving to Oregon began doing interior design consulting and is co-owner of Dayton Mercantile.  Mrs. Shelburne has 4 children with her husband Darren (Darren has also been extremely involved with the ABC Education Foundation over the years) and her younger children were Dayton High School Graduates.  She is involved with the Dayton Community Development Association, likes to travel, and enjoys downhill skiing.

Pam Horst

Mrs. Horst has been very involved with the Dayton community for a long time and has worn multiple hats.  She grew up primarily in McMinnville, however ended up graduating from Seaside High School.  She participated in a Rotary Exchange and was an exchange student in Bogota, Colombia.  This is her second time on the Dayton School Board and her drive to help kids and families keeps her involved.  She has served as an Instructional Assistant for English as a Second Language Classes, Special Education Classes, and is currently an employee in the McMinnville School District.  She has served as Grade School PTA President, Booster Club President, Basketball Cheerleading Coach, and is also on the Dayton Planning Commission.  The development and support of the Dayton downtown area is really important to her.  She and her husband have three grown children (one that is a Dayton High School Coach), and enjoys restoring classic cars and traveling.

Raylinda Price

Mrs. Price and her family moved to Dayton in 2006.  She grew up in Meridian, Idaho and attended Boise State University before transferring and finishing her BA at Portland State University.  After which time she pursued a Master’s Degree from Pepperdine University.  Mrs. Price currently works as the Events and Rentals Coordinator for the Yamhill County Historical Society and the Yamhill Valley Heritage Center Museum and is in her second term with the Dayton School Board.  She is married to Dr. Darrick Price, Owner of Fishbone Construction.  They have three children, all of whom attend school in Dayton.  The Prices love living in Dayton. Mrs. Price enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, volunteering, art/graphic design, reading and much more.  She looks forward to continuing to live, work and be a part of Dayton and the surrounding communities.

Francisco Montelongo

Mr. Montelongo grew up in the Yakima Valley in Washington State and is close to his parents who are frequent visitors to Dayton.  After working in Seattle for a number of years, he moved to Oregon and worked at The Dayton Meat Company, Les Schwab, Jiffy Lube, and Hewlett Packard.  After working in the technology field, he started to attend college and work in IT at A-dec in Newberg.  A-dec provided him with some great work experiences and the opportunity to travel to places like Chicago, Boston, and New York City.  Mr. Montelongo and his wife have four kids- the youngest is a Junior at Dayton High School.  After many years with A-dec, Mr. Montelongo started his own business so he could spend more time with his family.  His concrete business, started in 2007, began with himself and 9 employees.  He continues to run his business and also enjoys running scramble races (running and crawling up a mountain side), hunting and fishing, spending time outdoors, and restoring old cars. Mr. Montelongo has served on the Dayton School Board for 12 years.

Debbie Kearns

Mrs. Kearns has been a long-time Dayton resident.  She is in her fourth year on the Dayton School Board, however she has served on the ABC Dayton Education Foundation Board for the past 17 years.  Mrs. Kearns was a Dayton High School teacher serving 16 years and completed her tenure as a staff member serving as School to Work Coordinator, placing dozens of students into internships over the years.  Mrs. Kearns graduated from Oregon State University and has a Master’s Degree from Linfield College.  After attending OSU, where she met her husband Cal, she moved to Dayton and raised 5 children.  She now has 13 grandchildren and enjoys spending time with them and other family.  Mrs. Kearns and her husband are co-owners of C&D Landscape Company which has served the Dayton area for the past 40 years. In addition to also co-owning Dayton Mercantile, she is very involved with her church, and makes jewelry in her spare time.  A little- known fact is that Mrs. Kearns was once very involved with synchronized swimming.

Issac

Isaac Kearns

Mr. Kearns grew up in Dayton and graduated from Dayton High School.  After graduating from Oregon State University, Mr. Kearns returned to Dayton to work in his family’s business, C&D Landscape Company.  He has worked for C&D for the past 15 years and is now leading the business as Chief Executive Officer.  He is married to Nicole and has two children attending Dayton Schools- a 5th grader and 7th grader.  Mr. Kearns is no stranger to volunteering and board service.  He has served on his church board and is also the Chairman of the non-profit Hope on the Hill.  Mr. Kearns continues to stay involved in athletics and has trained for and completed Ironman triathlons.  Mr. Kearns started his board tenure this past July, 2017.
